Lead times vary strictly by how busy we are that particular day. It could be 10 minutes from when you place your order, or it could be 2 hours if we are extremely busy. Our team gets all orders done the same day they are placed. We understand that when you place an order, it must be done in a timely manner.
All packages are shipped Priority Mail through USPS, within the United States ONLY. Depending on how far your state is away from Utah, it can take up to 3 days to receive your package. We ship the very same day your order is fulfilled.
We take both! You can pay with your card online at checkout, or if you're a local customer, you can come into our shop and we can run your card with our swiper. If you are paying with cash, remember to choose the "Cash at Pickup" option on checkout!
Please note: If you are using the Cash at Pickup option, we ask that you bring exact change as we don't always keep cash at our shop. Discounts and sales are disabled with this option, due to the high volume of neglected orders.
Unfortunately, we do not honor returns or exchanges due to the nature of our business. However, if there is a manufacturer defect on your E-Liquid, we will happily replace the item at no cost to you.

Placing an order with us is simple! First, you want to choose the products you want, and add them to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, simply click the cart at the top of your screen. Proceed to the checkout process and enter in all of the required information. (You will need to create an account, so we can verify your age!) Click next, and enter in your shipping information, (Even if you're a local customer, you will still need to enter this data in.) and lastly, your payment method. After those pages are filled out hit "place order" and you're done!
Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders due to our city zoning laws. If you need help placing your order, give us a call! We are more than happy to go over the online ordering process with you over the phone.
After you place your order, it will send it to our queue or orders. When we check off your order off as "complete", our system automatically sends you a completion e-mail to the e-mail that you registered with. At this time, you're safe to come pickup your order, or can expect your order to be shipped out that day.
There is a gap at the top of my 120ml bottle. Why isn't my 120 ml bottle full?
Not to worry! Our bottles are 140 ml bottles. So that gap you are seeing is the 20ml difference. These are the only bottles our manufacturer has that are child resistant certified, or we would use 120 ml bottles as we have done in the past.
I am a retailer interested in carrying your E-Liquids. How can we set that up?
Wholesale requests are handled by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval of your application, we will issue you a wholesale account that displays all products and prices offered exclusively to our retailers.
